Clare Lazaro graduated with a degree in fashion design and started her career as a designer, both for her own label and in other peoples design studios, but was soon drawn to a career in styling. The creative pace and immediacy of styling appealed to her and the travelling opportunities were a huge added bonus.
Clare started her styling career at Marie Claire, moving on to the Independent and then to the Times Saturday Magazine where she now is in charge of 3 weekly pages and regularly styles main editorial fashion shoots, still life shoots and advertorials. She has a diverse experience of styling editorial, celebrities, real people and working closely with clients on advertorials. Though mainly a womenswear stylist Clare also has experience in styling menswear also and is happy to work on either.
